Junior Customer Support Agent for a temporary position
(until the end of February 2021)

We are looking for Junior Customer Support Agent to Polar’s Global Customer Support team at Polar Headquarters in Kempele.

What you will do:
Communicate through chat, email and phone with Polar customers and retailers
Answer inquiries about Polar products and services
Provide troubleshoot for various technical issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction

We expect you to have:
Positive attitude, patience, empathy
Customer, people and quality oriented mindset
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in modern technologies: computers and operating systems, mobile devices, Bluetooth communication etc.
Fluent English
