Rapid eCommerce growth has been a positive trend during the year 2020 and in we have seen an astonishing 113% growth during the first half of this year. Due to this growth we are expanding our Digital Partners team.

Digital Partners team is a part of Digital Commerce sales team, where we work on daily basis towards a ground breaking Omni-channel customer experience. Digital Partners team s focus is to find growth through our Online Exclusive partner network. We aim to add value to our customers by offering an endless isle of assortment through our versatile online only brands. We ensure our partner s On-boarding process is smooth and aim to build a long lasting valuable partnership with each partner. Our team is energetic, we are result driven and we value team work.

We are looking for a new colleague to enrich our team in the role of Sales Manager, Digital Partners.

As a Sales Manager in Digital Partners team, your purpose is to lead and develop Online Exclusive B2B partner model to increase sales through commission. You will expand Online Exclusive partner offering in existing and new sales categories to add customer value and inspiration. To ensure success, you will on daily basis collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach set targets and KPI s.

This is a permanent position and You will be located in Stockmann Head Office, Pitäjänmäki Helsinki.

Where is your expertise needed?

You will lead Online Exclusive sales channel in named categories to increase sales, developing existing business models and finding new ways of working. You innovate and challenge the existing setup to reach a broader customer network. You are responsible for actively executing Online Exclusive Omni-channel strategy to increase awareness thorough all channels. You will define and follow up monthly sales targets and KPI s through which success is measured.

You are responsible for building a plan and guidelines to target new potential B2B partners in existing and new sales categories. You will find actively new leads and takes charge of new leads appointed by Category team. You negotiate independently new contracts and support team to ensure technical On-boarding process is successful and follows up performance. Participating and further developing Online Exclusive marketing and events to promote and follow up partner sales online and offline are part of your job. You contribute in finding out learnings of past performance.

You collaborate with businesses/functions in areas of B2B partner management and Online Exclusive sales activation in an Omni-channel environment. You contribute to daily operations of Digital Commerce team and support technical development and implementation. You will define Online Exclusive business requirements, measurements and process improvements as well as support technical development and testing process.

What we are looking for?

You have sales driven mind-set, skills to reach set targets and You understand Finnish retail market. We expect you to have true desire to develop Stockmann digital sales and hunger to find new ways expanding the existing business model.

You have 3-5 years of experience and proven track record in increasing B2B sales, strong experience in leading and measuring own sales impact and measuring success through KPI s and revenue growth as well as experience from retail business models, negotiations and marketing activities. You have experience in defining business requirements to internal and external functions and proven track record of delivering value adding results.

In-depth experience in most common webstore platforms and On-boarding platforms used in Finland (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Woocommerce, Shopify) is considered to be an advantage.

To succeed proactive mindset, creative problem solving skills, service minded attitude and customer-centric way of working are needed. You also have strong drive and self-driven way of working, excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as strong team and co-operation skills. Ability to execute methodically and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously will be necessary in this job. You are fluent in Finnish and in English.
