Key tasks: In this position the trainee will be working in the Royalty Management team, assisting Nokia business analysts in licensing business administration. Tasks include invoicing, finance reporting, data analysis, customer communications and assisting in ongoing digitalization projects. In this position you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills in truly global and dynamic intellectual property business.
Requirements: We are looking for a student with previous experience in business administration preferably in international setting. Fluency in both written and oral Finnish and English is a must. We would like you to be tech-savvy enough to master Excel and the use of other Office tools. Experience with finance systems and customer care is appreciated. You should be a people person with an eye for details, and at the same time have tolerance for routine tasks. Flexible attitude and fast learning skills are appreciated qualities.
Close to graduating or, as minimum, at least halfway through your studies in the required field [detailed under each specialism], current Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s student.
- Strong and positive interpersonal skills and a proactive and diligent approach to accomplishing tasks.
- Fluency in both written and oral English and excellent communication skills.
- Strong initiative, analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and tact.

- Previous work experience in the applicable field or in an international setting is a plus.
